Meeting of the Project Partners in September 2014

The first meeting of project partners was held at the INP head office in Ljubljana, on Thursday, September 4th 2014. At themeeting, the partners of the LIFE Kočevsko project further defined the method and implementation of the majority of necessary activities to provide a smooth launch of the project. Basic rules of communication and cooperation between partner organizations were specified. As the lead partner, the Municipality of Kočevje presented a detailed, substantive part of the project activities for the first 9 months of the project (until the Inception Report). The draft process, communication plan and the timeline for implementation of the project were also prepared at meeting.
