The National Heroes Memorial

A special park that honours the Slovenian national heroes stands by the Ljubljanska cesta road near the Kočevje Secondary School. It contains seven busts on marble pillars with inscriptions of names and the year of birth and death.

The architectural design for the park was made by Zoran Didek. The sculptures were designed and produced by the sculptor Stane Jarm.
