Workshop on the endangered bird species of Kočevsko

As part of the multi-generational center, we conducted a workshop on endangered bird species of Kočevsko. We watched a promotional film about the target species of the LIFE Kočevsko project and discussed about they lifestyle. We tried out bird classification, designed food chains, made white-tailed eagle, and learned about the communication of common bird species in our environment. Because in winter, birds have less food available, we decided to help them. For this purpose we made suet balls and “bird cookies”.
