The Krempa forest reserve

It is a very popular destination with a view of the Kolpa River canyon. The Krempa natural reserve is a central point of the Borovec nature trail. The grassy pass above the canyon of the Kolpa River is full of daffodils in spring and considered the most southern daffodil growing site in Slovenia. Here is also the crossroads of other mountain trails which run steeply down to the Kolpa River valley.
